Sunday afternoons at my parentsβ is always a good time. Being one of 5, itβs usually a FULL house and a lot is going onβ¦ especially when a game is being played (almost always).
My mom is usually busy preparing a nice Sunday dinner for our big Italian family, which can sometimes take all dayβ¦ which is why itβs great that these cookies usually come out in advance.
Oh... that banana smell... that warm combination of sweet banana and chocolatey delight. Usually she doubles the batch because they were rarely making it to dessert.
