Product taste good and I feel great

I have been taking the Essentials shake every morning for a few years. It tastes great in a peanut butter banana smoothie and helps keep me full until lunch! My only complaint is the price but it is high quality so I know you get what you pay for.

It helps me to not crash in the mornings. I don't do breakfast and also have type 2 diabetes which is under control. It taste great and I have been mixing it with milk from Harris teeter called carb master that is low in sugar. It really fixes me up.
