I love the ingredients that are in the shake. It would be wonderful to a choice of other flavors.

I begin every day with my Lyfefuel Essentials Shake. This is the best thing that's happened to me nutrition-wise..I can't image a day without it!!

They are a handy snack with protein and other good nutrients. I tried both flavors and liked both.

I have purchased this product for many years. It is a quick and delicious breakfast. My husband also started using this daily for breakfast about a year ago. It has kept our weight stable, provides good nutrition and tastes good. We mix ours with almond milk, ice, PB2 and a banana. Service is great and the subscription is always on time.

Love it! I could feel a difference right away after drinking it. I like the taste, texture and the ingredients! I feel like I have more energy, clarity of mind and just all around a good, healthy feeling. Great product!

I picked lyfeFuel due to the less fat and carbs content.
So far has a good flavor and use less water to mix so is not seeming watered down 🙂, I like a thinker texture.
Also the 3rd party heavy metal and pesticide testing is a plus too.

Delicious. These are currently my favorite low sugar bars. Both flavors are great, the ginger lemon is milder in flavor, the chocolate is richer. Both are super yummy with great texture, and density. Best of all, no icky feeling afterwards.

Great taste, mixes very well and fills me up in the morning. My only complaint is the bag it comes in. Very messy to dig in and get your powder.

I've been drinking the Essentials Nutrition Shake almost daily for over two years - not as a meal replacement, but as a supplement to my diet to assure that intake daily what I need for good health. It's delicious, and I can say as a 63 year old male, that I have high energy and I'm seldom if ever ill.

I love LyteFuel. It is affordable and filled with so many important vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. The chocolate flavor is so smooth and creamy and is great by itself or with things added to it. I can add fruits and vegetables to it and feel like I’m really feeling my body properly.

This was quite a surprise! Unbelievable taste and texture. No nuts which I really appreciate. I get tired of all the bars with so many nuts in them. The bars really fill me up too. So convenient when you’re running out the door.

My digestive system did incredibly well with LIFEfuel compared to Kachava. It is morenutritional and has clean ingredients more so then Kachava, and I like the flavor. I will be purchasing this from now on and will recommend it to my family who are currently using Kachava as well.
