Love this shake. It has most of the minerals & Vites I need. Keeps me satiated for at least 4 hours. I rarely change my breakfast choice, just have Lyfefuel!!!

Great way to start my day with my Vanilla Chai Nutrition Shake.

I really like them! They mix/dissolve better than the past shakes I've used (310 nutrition). I purchased the two pack, one chocolate and one vanilla chai. mix each one in my morning coffee with a little stevia! I love both flavors! I have found now that I crave them every morning! I feel like I have more energy now and am certainly not hungry for several hours after each shake! was nervous because of other reviews stating there was an aftertaste but I haven't noticed an after taste at all! I'm glad I got them!

I’ve been substituting my coffee for chocolate lyfefuel for about a year. I absolutely love it. The taste is great and I’ll add my collagen and creatine to it and I feel like my day is off to a good start. I couldn’t go without it any more. I’ll add a bit of coffee protein also if I want the caffeine boost.

I love the flavor and texture. It has good amount of protein and fiber, and just enough calories to keep me satiated until lunch. Very convenient to pick up from porch, rather than searching through stores.

I just tried it today because I didn't receive the first one ordered. I love the flavor I don't feel bloated like drinking the others I've tried. I love the Shaker I'm excited about the ingredients and the fact it's only one Scoup. Excited!!!

I don't feel bloated after I have it for breakfast and it keeps me full of energy until lunch. Economical also!

I love the taste nutrion and ease of putting together the shake. I get the vanilla chai and mix it with almond milk and a banana. I drink it in the morning, and it fuels my workout! I always feel like I am doing something good for myself.

Love the cup, and love the chocolate, wish it had a little more chocolate flavor, but I will continue to purchase.

I've always said that I'm not a smoothie person. I want to be able to chew my meals. Because of some food allergies/sensitivities and other issues, I tried Essentials Nutrition Shake (Chocolate). It's been a game changer for me. I'm hooked. I'm confident in the nutritional benefits it brings me every morning, and it doesn't hurt that it tastes great. I make mine in a mixer along with half a frozen banana, frozen strawberries and blueberries. It's delicious, nutritious and keeps me satisfied until dinner. I'm very happy to have found this product.

Low calorie, high nutritional value and a great taste!

Taste is great but wonder how much I really inject based on the total sediment left in the bottom of my cup. Has all the right nutrients as stated but how much do I really get to consume-per serving if there is sufficient amount left in the bottom of my cup. Trying to keep it homogenous throughout the consumption is a difficult taste traveling etc.

Awesome shake! Super healthy and no fillers. Very good flavor and texture. I mix it with water, ice cubes and banana. It's just like a chocolate milkshake!

I have been using LYFE fuel for the last 2+ years. I make a shake in the morning with almond milk and frozen fruit. It is a complete meal that satisfices my hunger through the morning with all the vitamins and minerals that I need. The taste is great. Highly recommended!

Tastes great

I like the taste of Lyfefuel with its awesome nutritional content. It satisfies my hunger until the next meal. I use it in the mornings for breakfast. The Vanilla Chai and Chocolate flavors are what I ordered; but I haven't used the Chocolate yet. It keeps me energized and alert. I do, however, wish there were more flavor choices. The price is a bit steep for me; as a senior on fixed income.

Perfect for a gut reset after a cheat day, or as a healthier choice for a meal replacement. The vanilla chai flavor is one of the better tasting plant based protein shakes I've had. No getting around the difference in texture between plant based and milk protein shakes. Flavor hits the mark though.
