I love starting my morning with a smoothie for breakfast. This mango turmeric smoothie is a great option for those warmer days of summer.

This 'glow from within' mango turmeric smoothie is one of my favorites because it's packed with nutrient-rich fruits, protein, healthy fats, and superfoods!

Growing up in Brazil, mango was always one of my favorite tropical fruits. And since moving to the U.S., I could find many frozen mango options in most health food stores.

I love adding turmeric powder to this smoothie, not only because it blends well with the mango color but also because it helps reduce inflammation. Both mango and turmeric boost immunity, and adding mango to your diet is a great way to support skin health.

Mango also has a creamy texture, making it an ideal smoothie ingredient.

WHAT YOU NEED

1/2 ripe frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen mango

1 tbsp cashew butter

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 scoop Vanilla Essentials Shake

1 cup unsweetened flaxseed milk(*)
