It's my favorite shake I have tried-I've tried several. I feel so good after drinking it. I love my water/Fluids so I mix it with 16oz water plus 8oz fairlife milk.

The chocolate Essentials is REALLY chocolate-y. I love it! I'm on a GLP-1 and my brain has forgotten food is a THING. I'm using Lyfe to maintain my nutrition.
