How do I change or cancel my order?

We understand that on occasion you may need to make a change to your shipping address or adjust the frequency that orders are received. Because we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, it is best to call us so we can make any necessary adjustments you may require. Once an order has been processed it becomes more difficult to make changes, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you wish to cancel your service you can do so by contacting us at +1 (415) ONE-LYFE during our normal business hours. Instead of cancelling, why not put your service on hold until you are ready to resume? This allows you to keep your discounted pricing, free shipping, and double rewards points!

How long will my order take to arrive?

We use an intelligent API to determine the most efficient and cost effective shipping rates to ensure that your products arrive quickly for a reasonable price. We currently ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA so delivery time will vary depending where in the country the order is being shipped.

The average shipping time is 3-5 business days, but customers in Hawaii and Alaska should anticipate longer ship times. We also ship to all U.S. military bases and territories Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your product ships so that you can keep an eye on when it will arrive. You can always contact our support team by calling us during normal business hours or by emailing us at [email protected] . Please be sure to include your order number in the email.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info the moment your order ships. If for some reason you did not receive the email or are having trouble locating your shipment, please contact us so that we can help you track it down.

To where does LYFE ship?

Shipping at this time is limited to within the United States, but shipping internationally is in our plans for the future. If you are outside of our shipping area, please contact us to express your interest in receiving our products.

How can I earn FREE shipping?

We provide free shipping on all products that are enrolled in our REFUEL service plan AND on all orders of $100 or more. For one-time orders and free trials, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Your complete satisfaction is our goal! Our commitment to quality, innovation and constant improvement gives us confidence that you will love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Our return policy is simple:

  • If you return anything within 30 days that can be resold, we will issue a full refund for the product
  • If you return something that cannot be resold (like opened containers), we will issue store credit to be used for any other LYFE Fuel product
  • Free shipping on exchanges
  • No restocking fees and no penalties
  • A return authorization (RA) is required for ALL returns. Any boxes that are marked as “return to sender” or “refused” without an issued RA cannot be granted a refund or exchange

I entered my address incorrectly. What now?

Mistakes happen. Please contact us as soon as you catch the error so we can do our best to correct it. You can easily update your shipping and billing information at any time by logging into your account. In the event the information is incorrect for an order that has already shipped, we will do our best to try to get it re-routed for you.

REFUEL SERVICE PLAN:

Can I pause or cancel my REFUEL service plan?

Of course! You can easily manage your plan online by logging into your account to reschedule the date of your next shipment. To do so, click on the “Next Shipping and Billing Date” header in your MY LYFE account menu. Be sure to save changes before exiting the page.

For cancellations please contact one of our LYFE Support agents who will be happy to assist you. You can speak with an agent in our online chat, or by calling us during normal business hours at +1 (415) ONE-LYFE.

May I customize my plan and how often LYFE orders are sent to me?

Of course! As with most things in life, what works for one person may not be ideal for another. We have made it easy to adjust the frequency of your orders directly through your MY LYFE account page.

By default, we will ship orders to you every 30 days; however, if you want to receive orders more frequently or less frequently just visit your “Subscription Page” and edit your preferences.

Can I restart my REFUEL service plan after cancelling?

Yes, we encourage our customers to take advantage of our REFUEL program to save both time and money! Even if you have cancelled in the past, we will gladly assist you in getting setup again.

I don’t remember signing up for the REFUEL service plan. Why am I being charged?

As part of the checkout process we encourage customers to enroll in the REFUEL program to take advantage of cost savings and conveniently replenishment shipments as needed. As such, we try to make it as clear as possible that this is an opt-in program by including the terms and conditions directly on the website and making customers check a box to indicate that they would like to enroll in the REFUEL program.

Additionally, the terms are listed on the order confirmation page and order confirmation email. To provide our customers with adequate time to make any adjustments to their REFUEL service, we send out a courtesy email 10 days prior to the next shipment date.

If for some reason you are not receiving our emails, please be sure to add us to your contacts and mark emails from LYFE Fuel as “NOT SPAM”. Please also login to your MY LYFE account to be sure your email is up to date and entered correctly in our system.

 

SHARE LYFE REFERRAL PROGRAM AND STORE CREDIT:

How does the SHARE LYFE referral program work?

To help us in spreading our message and empower others to “Live Your Fullest Everyday” we offer a referral program. You can find your custom referral code in your MY LYFE account page. Use this personalized code to share LYFE fuel throughout your online and offline social networks. When one of your friends or followers uses your code to purchase product, they will receive $20 off of their first purchase (minimum order of $30) and you will receive a $20 store credit. Just a little incentive and our way for saying thanks for helping us to grow our community and share our message with the world!

Who should I share my referral code with?

Share with whomever you like! Sharing with friends and family throughout your online and offline networks is a great way to earn some cash while promoting health and happiness. Get paid to spread a little health and happiness around…it doesn’t get better than that!

LYFE Fuel reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or benefits obtained through the use of referral codes in the event that LYFE Fuel determines or believes that the use or redemption of the code was in error, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

When will I see credit for referrals in my account?

Referral credit will appear in your MY LYFE account once a friend or follower makes a qualifying purchase using your unique code. Purchases must be made on LYFEFUEL.com for the credit to be attributed.

Once the code has been applied and the order processes, you should receive a confirmation email informing you about the store credit that you’ve received. If you are not receiving these emails, please check your spam folder and mark any emails from LYFE Fuel as “NOT SPAM.”

How can I apply credit?

Just so you don’t forget, unused store credits are automatically applied during checkout when you make your next purchase. Remember that LYFE Fuel donates a portion of every purchase to charitable organizations, but If you’re feeling extra giving, you may choose to donate your credit to one of our partner charities.

Where do I find my personalized referral link?

You can find your referral code in your “MY LYFE” account page. Once logged in, click on “SHARE LYFE.” Your unique link will be listed right there, so you can copy and paste it into any blog, post, text, or other shareable platform. Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and PayPal. Orders are subject to review. Your purchase from LYFE Fuel will show on your Credit Card statement as LYFE Ventures LLC. We do not accept pre-paid gift cards for trial or subscription orders.

Is my information safe?

Absolutely. We use a verified secure transaction system and have dedicated servers that protects all of your information and keeps it private – we cannot access it, and others won’t be able to, either. We keep you safe – don’t worry!

When is my card charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time of your purchase.

For recurring orders enrolled in our REFUEL program, your card will be charged every 30 days, or according to the shipping and billing cycle that you’ve customized to receive products more or less frequently.

How do I use my promo code?

How is LYFE sustainable?

One of our core values at LYFE is sustainability. We are conscious of our ecological footprint and are committed to constant improvement toward reducing our impact to zero. To accomplish this we look at every step of the value chain to see where we can reduce our impact. Everything from the sourcing of ingredients to shipping and packaging of materials and everything in between is evaluated to discover where we can make additional improvements. We go against what is common in our industry to make protecting the environment a priority.

Our early initiatives include packaging from 100% recyclable kraft paper with food-grade aluminum inserts. Unlike the industry standard of using plastic, we have sought out more eco-friendly alternatives. Additionally, all LYFE Fuel products are made in a state of the art, eco-friendly manufacturing facility that uses solar power for energy, led lighting, and has increased their recycling of paper and plastic waste to 95%.

How should I recycle LYFE packaging?

It’s easy! Both the Daily Essentials Shake packaging and the box it was shipped in can be recycled with your other paper products (mixed paper).

What courier do you use?

We use an intelligent API that negotiates the best rates from all of the major shipping carrier. Instead of being locked in with one shipping company, we are able to achieve better pricing, which is passed along as savings to our customers.

Does LYFE ship internationally?

At this time we ship to the USA and U.S. territories, however, don’t let that deter you! Please contact us directly to find out if we can find a solution to ship LYFE products to your country.

Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?

You bet! Always happy to support our troops. We ship to P.O. and APO/FPO (military) boxes in every state. However, shipping options and methods are restricted by certain carriers for P.O. and APO/FPO addresses.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

Oh no! Please contact our LYFE Support team with 14 days of receiving your package at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item so that we may rectify this as quickly as possible and get a replacement out to you.

I never received my order, what do I do?

Be sure to double check your routing number to ensure that your order is not held up in transit. In the event that that you never received your items, or there is an item missing from the shipment, please contact our LYFE Support team right away so that we can get the missing items to you. Missing items from a shipment must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Where are LYFE’s ingredients sourced?

One of our core values is quality. For this reason, we have searched far and wide to find the best ingredients to use in our formulations. With nutritional supplements, it’s not just about what is written on the label, but what your body actually absorbs that matters. For this reason, we seek the most bioavailable and high quality ingredients. We use only the finest, cleanest and perfectly nourishing ingredients found in local farms and in the safest places overseas. Each ingredient is tested for quality prior to production. All of our ingredients are sourced from cGMP (certified good manufacturing practices) manufacturers to ensure quality throughout our sourcing process.

Are LYFE’s products organic?

We seek organic, non-GMO, vegan friendly ingredients from whole foods and plant-based sources whenever possible. Although not all ingredients meet each criteria, we are constantly trying to improve, which includes finding more natural and organic sources for everything we put in our products so you can get the most out of them. Each of the organic ingredients used is indicated on the nutrition facts label on the product and our website.

To promote sustainability and sustainably grown ingredients, we seek out small scale domestic suppliers wherever possible. We look for farmers who share similar values and are doing their part in contributing to a better more sustainable future.

Some of our suppliers may provide us with organically grown raw materials free from herbicides and pesticides, but might not have their organic certification. Organic certification is an extensive process that can be cost prohibitive for some of these smaller scale farms. Our partnerships with our suppliers is mutually beneficial, which we hope to lead to more organically certified ingredients in the future.

Where are LYFE products made?

Our products are manufactured in a cGMP eco-friendly facility in California. We are U.S.A. all the way!

Can I buy LYFE Fuel at the grocery store?

Part of our mission is to make health more accessible for all. For this reason we have chosen to distribute our products exclusively through e-commerce channels. The natural food chains that would be a fit for our products are not convenient and accessible to everyone. Additionally, we believe we can better tell our story and share our mission through our online platform. Also, large retailers slash pricing which can lead to thin margins. As a for-profit social enterprise, this would limit our social impact by reducing our contribution to those in need. For these reasons, we’ve made buying online easier than getting it at the grocery store with our REFUEL program to get your products on a recurring schedule right when you need them.

Do you offer samples?

We are working on developing single-serving sachets to be able to provide samples in the future. However, our 100% satisfaction guarantee means that you can try LYFE products at no risk, If for some reason our products are not the right fit for you, we will gladly provide reimbursement according to our return policy .

 

DAILY ESSENTIALS SHAKE:

What is the difference between the two flavors?

The two formulations are nearly identical. The difference is in the flavoring used to create them. For chocolate, we use a natural cacao powder and for vanilla chai we use a natural vanilla bean and chai blend. Have new flavors you’d like us to create? Let us know!

How is the Daily Essentials Shake sweetened?

Creating a product that would help control blood sugar levels was important to us. For this reason, we use a carefully crafted combination of all natural sweeteners, each with its own purpose. Unlike some companies who use synthetic and artificial sweeteners to mask the taste of their products, you won’t find anything artificial in any of our formulations. What is the best way to mix the Daily Essentials shake?

To provide our customers with the most convenient way to use the Daily Essentials shake whether you are at home, on the go, or traveling, we have designed the formulation to be readily mixed with 10-12oz. of water. The powder mixes best using a shaker bottle or blender. For a thicker shake with a more robust flavor profile, we suggest using a milk substitute such as unsweetened almond or coconut milk, but feel free to get as creative as you’d like. Can I use more than one serving per day?

Absolutely! The Daily Essentials shake was designed to be used multiple times throughout the day. We suggest using it as a breakfast shake for a convenient and great start to the day, as a mid-day snack, or pre/post workout to refuel. If using the Daily Essentials Shake as a meal replacement, we suggest using 2 scoops or something besides water to mix with to provide your body with additional calories that you would typically get from a normal meal.

Are there any allergen containing ingredients I should be aware of?

The Daily Essentials Shake is vegan, which means it does not include any animal products such as meat, dairy, eggs, or honey. As far as other common allergens are concerned, our products are free of soy and gluten. Although the Daily Essentials Shake formulation does not contain any of the following, our shakes are manufactured in a facility with equipment that handles: eggs, wheat, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soybeans, crustacean shellfish and fish.

When do the shakes expire?

Each Daily Essentials Shake package has a stamped-on manufacturing date. The shelf life is about 2 years from the stamped on date, but it is best to consume as closely to the manufacturing date as possible to receive maximum potency.

To maintain freshness, we suggest you store LYFE Fuel products in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Most importantly, be sure to keep them in a visible place that will serve as a daily reminder to use them!
