Blueberry & Almond Smoothie

This Blueberry & Almond shake is a great "hidden-veggies smoothie". I used zucchini instead of bananas for a low-carb option and for those looking to experiment with adding vegetables to your smoothie. You won't taste them.
It's a pretty simple, 5-ingredient smoothie plus the Essentials Shake. It's rich in nutrients and tastes delicious!

This blueberry almond smoothie is a refreshing breakfast recipe! Especially during summer or on warm days, I always find myself wanting a cold and satisfying smoothie like this one.

If it’s in season, check out the Farmer’s Market for fresh blueberries instead of frozen ones. I always prefer to eat foods that are in season, especially fruit, for many reasons, but especially for its beauty, freshness, and incomparable flavor.

You can have it for breakfast, as an afternoon snack, or as post-workout fuel.
