Many of us are waking up to the importance of what fuels us – how it affects our long-term health and that of the planet. LyfeFuel emerged from my own revelations around nutrition and the burning desire to reconnect with where our food and ingredients come from.

Frustrated and shocked by what passes as “food” (and supplements) these days, I sought out a cleaner, more natural way to meet my daily nutritional demands without trading health for convenience. Drawing on my experience as a professional NFL athlete, I immersed myself in the world of functional medicine and quickly became astounded by the power of plants.

LyfeFuel is the result of this journey and the vehicle for creating the change we want to see in the world.
