After working as an economist for the Brazilian government Dani moved to the US in 2015 to pursue her true passion. After earning a graduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, Dani changed paths in pursuit of her passion. As a culinary nutritionist, she has worked with world-renowned chefs to perfect the art of developing nutrient-rich, wholesome meals and further advanced her career by becoming a certified health coach through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition.
