WHAT YOU NEED

— 1/2 cup cooked (or roasted) and frozen butternut squah 

— 1/2 frozen banana

— 1/4 tsp cinnamon 

— 1 scoop Vanilla Chai Essentials Shake

— 1 tbsp almond butter

— 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

— 1 cup unsweetened nut milk of choice (*)

— 1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice  

*OR 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk of your choice and 1/2 water. You can add ice and blend it to create a thinner smoothie.
