These bars are so tasty (especially the Lemon Tart flavor) and are made with nothing but quality ingredients. So many bars have the kind of artificial sweeteners that make me bloated or hungry but not these. I digest them so well and have nothing but steady energy. 10/10 recommend.

I have used shakology for many years and the taste of Lyfefuel is much better. I use Lyfefuel every morning and love the taste. It helps me with my hunger and replaces a meal. It helps my hunger and gives me full feeling and more energy.

I intend to re-order. I‘m experiencing all day improvement in my energy “floor”. Having a noticeable decrease in those “early afternoon wash outs”. Without feeling any unpleasant spikes.

I’m not usually a fan of proteins shakes, but this one is the exception. It tastes, amazing, especially when I blend it with a banana and skim milk. It’s honestly one of the most delicious drinks I have every day. On top of that it provides all the essential nutrients my body needs to stay healthy. I would definitely recommend giving this one a try. You might be surprised how good it is.
