Shipping Policy

FREE Shipping Within the United States

We offer free standard ground shipping for all orders in the continental United States.

Standard shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days once we ship out your product, but this can vary depending on the delivery location, inclement weather, and backlogs by carriers that are beyond our control.

We do our absolute best to ship out all orders within 24 hours of ordering.  Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday.  Orders that are placed before 10:00 a.m. CST will be fulfilled same day.  Order placed after this cutoff time will be fulfilled on the next business day.

Please note that if an order is placed on Friday after the cutoff time, it likely won't be fulfilled until the following Monday.

Our warehouse is closed on weekends and all national holidays.

International Shipping

If you're outside the United States, shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks. For most countries it is a $25 shipping fee per order if your order is 2 pounds or less. Depending on your country, there could be customs limitations so please check your country's policies and fees before ordering.

Once we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking info so you can follow the order during transit. Tracking oftentimes takes 1-2 days to update once we ship it out.

If you have any issues with delivery or the shipping address, please let us know. We are able to change the address before the order ships, but not after.

Please contact us at support@lyfefuel.com if you have any questions or concerns with your order.

Damaged Products & Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or goes missing, we'll do our best to provide a solution.  In most cases, this results in a new item being shipped to you while we sort it out with the carrier.

In the case of damaged products, please send an email to support@lyfefuel.com with the Subject "Damaged Product" to explain the issue.  Please attach photos and/or video so that we can investigate this on our side and work to prevent the same issue from happening on future shipments.
