This challenge is not a detox or diet fad. We will not provide you with a quick fat loss scheme that causes more harm than good. Instead, we will focus on eliminating toxic substances that harm the body, increase mental clarity through deep meditation, and introduce healthy alternatives for your diet.

All our programs are not quick weight loss schemes, and you cannot expect to lose 30 pounds in the 3 weeks you’re in this program. We don’t recommend diets like this because they are dangerous. Instead, we offer you a sustainable program that will help you introduce positive health habits into your life.
You can start anytime you want! Everyone is going through the program at their own schedules, but you must dedicate at least 2 hours every day to the program.
Our support group and wellness experts will continue to guide you after the program has been finished. You can still share your experiences in the Vimify group even if you’re done with the 21 day program!
While we encourage you to complete everything in the daily task, we don’t expect everyone to do this. What’s important is that you’ve done SOMETHING that day. Remember that we’re focusing on building sustainable habits, so carry on even if it doesn’t feel amazing right now. You’ll get there eventually!
The program works by eliminating junk and unhealthy food from your diet, and slowly replacing them with healthy and organic alternatives. And during the course of the program, we’ll help you build a shopping list and meal plans that you can use.
