PSL Stress Fighting Smoothie
This Starbucks swap ditches the added sugar, has all your necessary daily essentials, and helps your body combat stress!
Stress is known to deplete our vitamin b stores- nuts are a great source of vitamin b and help keep those pesky neurotransmitters in their happy place. Make this smoothie even heartier by adding in raw oats- the complex carbs help regulate blood sugar.
- 1/2 cup canned Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Chai "Daily Essentials"
- 1 frozen Banana
- 5 raw Pecans, Almonds, or Walnuts
- 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup cooled Coffee**
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tsp Mushroom Blend powder
- 1/4 cup raw Oats
Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Until you get a latte texture.
**To skip the latte part of the PSL, ditch the coffee and increase the almond milk to 1 cup.
