Pineapple Protein Ice Cream
YES, ice cream is part of the plan! The creamy dreamy ice cream you love, without the dairy you don't. This ice cream has a beautiful and delicate yellow color plus only takes 3 ingredients to make - almond milk, frozen pineapple, and vanilla daily essentials. Almond milk is rich in vitamin B and has been proven to work in conjunction with other nutrients like iron to regulate muscle strength and growth. The fresh frozen pineapples has an ability to reduce inflammation of your joints and muscles.
- 1 cup fresh frozen ripe Pineapple chunks
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Chai "Daily Essentials"
- ¼ cup unsweetened Almond MYLK
Blend together in a food processor until mixture reaches a smooth, soft serve consistency. You will need to pause and scrape down the sides once or twice during blending. If you want to enjoy as a soft serve ice cream, enjoy immediately! If you want it to harden to a more traditional ice cream consistency, transfer mixture to a glass baking dish, cover and freeze.
