Kale & Açaí Berry Protein Smoothie
The TRIPLE THREAT - Berries, Acai, and Kale. If you're new to adding greens to your smoothie then this is a great start. This smoothie increases fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients without tasting like it. Plus, the extra energy from the Brazilian Acai Berry will make you second guess if you need that coffee.
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- ½ ripe Banana
- ⅓ cup Blueberries
- ⅓ cup Raspberries
- ½ cup Kale Leaves (remove the hard parts of the stalks)
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Chai "Daily Essentials"
- 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- ½ cup Acai
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Simply place all the ingredients in a blender together, removing the banana from the peel first of course, then blend into a delicious mix. Depending how liquid you like your smoothie, you may want to add a little more water.
