Green Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast isn’t just a meal — it’s an opportunity to fuel your body and start your day on the right track. What better way to do this than with a green smoothie?

"Drinking your greens" is one way to help you get your daily servings of veggies, plus it's high in many vitamins & minerals that can help you improve digestion and have glowing skin.

What I love the most about smoothies is that you can pack so many amazing nutrients in one single shake. When I make greens smoothies, I like to have them for breakfast to start the day off right.

With so many different green smoothies out there and so many options, it can be hard to know what to add to your blender. This combination became our go-to.

After many years of making/drinking/tasting different green smoothies from the U.S. to Brazil to Bali to Australia, you name it, the one thing for me is that it HAS to taste really good! Just because it’s green, it shouldn't taste like grass.

This easy green smoothie is packed with protein and slow-release carbs which fill you up until lunchtime. If you prefer it to taste a little sweeter, you can sub out avocado for frozen bananas (make sure they're ripe before you freeze them).
