INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Slice Bread, Toasted
  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado
  • Juice of One Half a Lime
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Minced Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, optional

TOPPINGS:

  • Sautéed spinach or kale 
  • Baby Heirloom Tomatoes and Thinly Sliced Red Onions
  • PREPARATION

    Spread 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil in an even layer on bread. Smash avocado then mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined; Top toasted bread with avocado smash, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with baby heirloom tomatoes, red onion, sautéed spinach or kale, radishes and salt/pepper to taste.
